Beeing built for "Scandinavian accounting and consulting", it was the first company‘s building in Kaunas. Building is naturally lit and ventilated, so the energy consumption is reduced. Most of the glazing is north-oriented, so there is no problem of overheating, while the natural light penetrates deeply into the building. Glazing reflects greenery and old trees, converging with the surroundings in that way. Huge roof-top terrace is beeing loved by staff, since it is a perfect place to have a lunch or outdoor party.
