Kaunas, Lithuania. 2006-2009

Located near the Kaunas lagoon, apartament building is the first and only of its kind in this area. All of the glazing is water-facing. Building is six storey high. Since the views are so important here, no living rooms are located at the forst floor. Car parking and commercial facilities are located here instead. Each apartament is individual gas-heaters equiped, to reduce energy consumption. In the first year of usage, it showed extremely good results in heating costs.
